The BT 5109 all aluminum, heavy duty oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for John Deere 450H Crawler Dozers, John Deere 550H Crawler Dozers and John Deere 650H Crawler Dozers. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 34.00 inches from tank to tank, 9.74 inches from side to side, and 4.055 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and has a # 12 ORB inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
