The BT 1165 all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2001 – 2005 Chevrolet Silverados with a Duramax Diesel 6.6 Liter engine and 2001 – 2005 GMC Sierras with a Duramax Diesel 6.6 Liter engine. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 37.75 inches from header to header, 18.62 inches from side to side, and 1.63 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
