The BT 1137 all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2003 Navistar International 9400i Series trucks, 1999 – 2007 Navistar International 9900 Series trucks, 1999 – 2007 Navistar International 9900i Series trucks and 1999 – 2007 Navistar International 9900ix Series trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 30.25 inches from header to header, 15.5 inches from side to side, and 4 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
This first design cooler may be a tight fit.
