BT 1128F – Ford and Freightliner Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1128F all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Ford L Series, Ford LTL9000\’s and Freightliner 1300\’s. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 35.25 inches from header to header, 33.34 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4.5 inch inlet and a 4 inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.

Additional Info
Same as our BTC-1126C except inlet and outlet are straight and measure 4 inches in diameter. Has stud mounts and rectangular blocks (with threaded hole in center of each block) on condenser side of tanks.
