BT 1128C – Ford Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1128C all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Fords. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 35.25 inches from header to header, 27.28 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4.5 inch inlet and a 4 inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.

Additional Info
Same as our 1128B radiator except inlet measures 4.5 inches in diameter and outlet measures 4 inches in diamete. Has stud mounts on grille side of tank.
