C.G. & J. Inc. warranties its Charge Air Cooler product to be free from any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date purchased. The warranty does not cover any expense of labor or down time or any other expense incurred due to failure of the C.G. & J. Inc. product. Broken brackets, cracked tanks or damage due to stress are not covered under this warranty. Charge Air Coolers will be repaired or replaced at C.G. & J.'s discretion.
