Designed for the following vehicles and equipment:
  • 2010-2014 Caterpillar CT660 On-Highway Truck

The all aluminum BT 5337 heavy duty radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Caterpillar CT660 trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Three rows of one-inch solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as a single unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 42.25 inches from tank to tank, 33.63 inches from side to side, and 3.50 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and have a 2.25 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.

What Our Customers are Saying

I finally got around to installing the radiator and took a test drive yesterday (temp. was 90° F outside). Car ran great. No problems! Great job on a tough radiator.
