This all aluminum oil cooler is designed for Kobelco 200 hydraulic excavators.  Given the strenuous work conditions this equipment experiences, this oil cooler is made using our Ultimate Duty C-Bar design.  It is our heaviest duty oil cooler capable of withstanding additional heat and pressure.  The core is constructed using extruded tubes and is brazed as one solid unit using the latest in aluminum brazing technology.  No headers are used on the core, instead the tanks are TIG welded directly to the core creating the strongest bond possible.  The core of this oil cooler measures 31.63 inches from tank to tank, 28.81 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick.  Both the inlet and outlet measure 1.75 inch and are designed for a slip on compression hose.  Help avoid costly repair and downtime by using the BT 5113 oil cooler in your Kobelco 200.
